An Exercise in Happiness

Most adults experience our days on auto-pilot through our habitual ways of thinking and feeling, and the actions we take on a daily basis are driven primarily by our subconscious programming and beliefs.  These beliefs and programming can be either empowering and enrich our lives or limiting us from achieving the happiness we all deserve.

And many of the beliefs and habits of thought that control our adult lives were instilled before we even started school.

This is exactly what Gandhi was referring to with his famous quote:
“A man is but the product of his thoughts. What he thinks he becomes.”

And I wholeheartedly agree!
And I also believe…  A child is but the product of his/her thoughts. What a child thinks and believes, the child becomes.
